Vista Sunrise II Opens: Affordable Housing for All!

The City of Palm Springs has announced the opening of DAP Health's latest affordable housing project, Vista Sunrise II. This development includes 61 units and is designed to serve low-income residents. Of the 61 units, 30 are specifically allocated for individuals with chronic illnesses, physical or mental disabilities. Another 30 units are reserved for homeless individuals in need of rapid rehousing. Additionally, one unit is designated for a housing manager. All units in the Vista Sunrise II project are currently occupied.
The project was developed in collaboration with the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition, and it received significant financial backing from the Desert Care Network, which donated $2.5 million to support the initiative.
