Alumna Inspires Students at Desert Hot Springs Event

Desert Hot Springs High School hosted a valuable session for about 70 students, featuring Alondra Campos, a 2018 graduate and current producer and managing editor at Univision. Campos shared insights on college and career opportunities as well as tips for success in the media industry.
The event was organized by teacher Rosa Esposito, who established the only high school chapter of “I AM THAT GIRL” in the valley. This club aims to promote self-worth among young women by highlighting positivity and raising awareness of the challenges they face, along with celebrating their achievements.
This session is part of a monthly series planned by Esposito to connect students with female alumni who have had successful careers, allowing them to hear firsthand about the speakers' journeys after high school.
